This User Agreement (the “Agreement” or the “Terms”) governs access to and use of the Meetty software service (the “Service” or the “Platform”) by legal entities and individuals using the Service to organize, promote, sell, and administer educational and related services (the “Client”).
The Meetty Service is an educational technology platform (ed-tech) intended for individual tutors, teachers, schools, universities, educational centers, and other similar persons and entities.
1. Terms and Definitions
1.1. “Operator” means the person identified in the heading of this Agreement who provides access to the Service.
1.2. “Client” means an individual tutor, teacher, individual independently providing educational or related services, school, university, educational center, other organization, or individual entrepreneur that has registered with the Service and uses it for its educational or related services.
1.3. “Client User” means an employee, representative, administrator, teacher, or other person to whom the Client has granted access to the Client’s account or to functions of the Service.
1.4. “Learner” or “End User” means an individual or legal entity that books the Client’s services, pays for the Client’s services, submits data, or interacts with schedules, requests, balances, notifications, and other functions available through the Client’s public pages in the Service.
1.5. “Account” means the account of the Client or a Client User in the Service.
1.6. “Client Content” means any data, materials, service descriptions, images, logos, prices, information about teachers (service providers), schedules, Learners, custom forms, Client agreements, and other information posted or processed by the Client in the Service.
1.7. “Plan” means a set of available functions, restrictions, pricing, and terms of access to the Service. Current Plans and prices are published at meetty.me/tariffs.
1.8. “Payment Provider” means a bank, payment system, aggregator, acquirer, or other third party through which the Client independently enables the acceptance of payments from Learners or through which the Client makes payments to the Operator.
2. Acceptance of the Terms
2.1. The Client accepts these Terms by registering (creating a personal Account) and actually using the Service.
2.2. A person accepting the Terms on behalf of an organization represents that such person has the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2.3. If the Client does not agree to the Terms, the Client may not use the Service.
2.4. The use of certain functions of the Service may additionally be governed by other Operator documents (the privacy policy, personal data processing agreement, data storage and processing terms, Payment Provider terms, etc.), which form an integral part of the legal relationship between the Client and the Operator.
3. Purpose of the Service and List of Functions
3.1. Meetty is a platform for educational institutions. The Service may be used by individual tutors, schools, universities, educational centers, and other similar persons and entities, regardless of their size, structure, or form of governance.
3.2. The Service provides the Client with technical tools, including but not limited to:
- Client profile and branding: creation and configuration of a public page, system name (sysname), external domain, description, logo, background images, and contact details;
- service management: creation, editing, and deletion of services, descriptions, images, prices, duration, place of provision, booking confirmation methods, custom form fields, and assignment of service providers (teachers);

- Client subscription to the Service: selection, application, and management of Plans;
- legal documents for Learners: storage and publication of user agreements and personal data processing agreements;
- reviews and ratings: the Client’s public rating and Learner reviews;
- notifications and communications: technical means of notifying Learners and the Client (email, messaging services, and other channels, subject to availability);
- authentication and security: registration, login, password recovery, and management of Client User credentials.
3.3. The Operator is not the Client’s educational organization, the Client’s teacher, the Client’s agent, the employer of the Client’s teachers, a party to any agreement between the Client and a Learner, the Client’s payment agent, a payment operator, bank, acquirer, electronic money operator, holder of Learner funds, or recipient of payments for the Client’s services, nor is the Operator a guarantor of the quality, availability, or outcome of the Client’s educational services.
3.4. The Operator does not control and is not responsible for the quality, content, lawfulness, timeliness, completeness, or outcome of educational or other services provided by the Client to its Learners (End Users). All Learner claims concerning the quality of instruction, teaching methods, results, refunds for classes, and other aspects of the educational process must be directed exclusively to the Client.
4. Territory, Jurisdiction, and Payment Restrictions
4.1. The Operator is located in the jurisdiction of the Republic of Armenia. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
4.2. The Service is intended for clients from the Republic of Armenia, CIS countries, and other jurisdictions in which the use of the Service is permitted under applicable law, sanctions restrictions, payment-system rules, and bank requirements. The Service or certain of its functions may be unavailable in certain countries or to certain clients or users, or for certain payments or payment methods, due to sanctions restrictions, local-law requirements, payment-system rules, bank requirements, technical limitations, or other circumstances beyond the Operator’s control.
4.3. The availability of certain functions, payments, currencies, bank cards, payment methods, or payouts may vary by country and may be restricted for reasons beyond the Operator’s control.
4.4. In particular, payment for paid functions of the Service (subscriptions and other paid features) may be unavailable to persons unable to use supported payment methods, including where restrictions apply to Visa or Mastercard cards, banks, sanctions, or Payment Provider rules. The Operator is not required to provide an alternative payment method where such a method is technically, legally, or commercially unavailable.
4.5. The Client independently assesses its ability to pay for the Service and accept payments from Learners in light of the applicable restrictions in its jurisdiction.
5. Registration, Account, and Security
5.1. To use Client functions, the Client must create an Account, verify its email address, and accept the then-current legal documents of the Service.
5.2. The Client must provide accurate and up-to-date information about itself, its legal status (if applicable), brand, tax or registration details (if applicable), addresses, and contact details where such information is requested in the Service.
5.3. The Client bears full responsibility for safeguarding usernames, passwords, tokens, devices, email addresses, and other means of access. All actions taken through the Client’s Account are deemed to have been taken by the Client unless the Client proves otherwise.
5.4. The Client must notify the Operator immediately of any unauthorized access, credential leak, or suspicious activity.
5.5. The Client must ensure that Client Users also comply with these Terms and do not disclose credentials to third parties.
6. Plans, Prices, and Payment for the Service
6.1. Paid features of the Service are provided under the selected Plan, future paid functions, or individual commercial terms agreed with the Client.
6.2. Current prices, Plan features, and restrictions are published at meetty.me/tariffs. Prices, Plan features, available functions, and limits may change. The Client is advised to periodically review the current prices and Plan terms on that page.
6.3. Material changes to a price, Plan features, or limits take effect no earlier than 14 calendar days after publication on the Plans page and notice by email or other reasonable notice to the Client, unless an earlier change is required by law, Payment Provider requirements, security considerations, abuse prevention, or the mitigation of technical risks. If a change to a price or Plan requires additional consent under applicable law or Payment Provider rules, such consent may be requested through the Service interface, by email, or by other reasonable means.
6.4. If the Client has already paid for a period of access to the Service, a price change does not apply to that already-paid period unless expressly stated otherwise in the relevant Plan, invoice, or individual agreement or required by applicable law.
6.5. Payment for subscriptions and other paid functions of the Service is made through available payment methods and Payment Providers. The Operator is not responsible for bank, payment-system, or provider refusals, sanctions restrictions, transaction blocks, or delays beyond the Operator’s control.
6.6. Taxes, charges, bank and payment-system fees, and other mandatory payments are borne by the relevant party in accordance with applicable law and the Payment Provider’s terms.
6.7. Failure to pay or late payment for a Plan may result in restriction or suspension of access to paid functions of the Service.
7. Learner Payments and the Client’s Financial Functions
7.1. The Service may provide the Client with the technical ability to connect external banks, payment systems, aggregators, acquirers, or other Payment Providers of the Client; create invoices; record payment statuses; and use Learner balances, prepayments, service packages, payment for bookings, deferred payment, and manual adjustments.
7.2. Learner payments are settlements for the Client’s services. The Operator is not a party to arrangements between the Client and a Learner concerning the price, payment, refund, cancellation, rescheduling, quality, timing, or other terms of the Client’s educational or related services.
7.3. The Operator is not a payment agent, payment operator, bank, acquirer, electronic money operator, payment intermediary, seller of the Client’s services, recipient of payments for the Client’s services, or holder of Learner funds. The Operator does not accept, process, withhold, store, or transfer Learner funds unless expressly provided otherwise by a separate written agreement and applicable law.
7.4. The Client independently determines the price of its services, cancellation rules, refunds to Learners, tax regime, documents for Learners, procedure for issuing receipts, invoices, or other documents, and the legal basis for providing educational services and accepting payments.
7.5. The Operator is not responsible for the quality, lawfulness, actual provision, cancellation, rescheduling, or outcome of the Client’s services, or for disputes between the Client and Learners, teachers, employees, or other third parties. All Learner claims, including demands for refunds for the Client’s services, are directed and resolved exclusively between the Client and the relevant Learner, unless expressly required otherwise by applicable law.
7.6. If payments are made through third parties (banks, payment systems, aggregators, acquirers, or other Payment Providers), the terms of the relevant Payment Provider also apply. The Client independently enters into the necessary agreements with such providers, undergoes checks, provides data, and complies with KYC/AML requirements, payment-system rules, tax requirements, and other applicable rules.
7.7. The Operator may display payment statuses, amounts, invoices, balances, or other financial information based on data from the Client and/or the Payment Provider, but does not guarantee the immediate updating, accuracy, completeness, or finality of such statuses. Financial information displayed in the Service is technical and informational in nature and does not confirm that the Operator has received or holds any funds or is required to transfer any funds.
7.8. The Operator does not store full Learner bank-card details or process card data as a Payment Provider unless expressly provided otherwise by separate functionality, a separate agreement, and applicable law.
8. Client Obligations
8.1. The Client undertakes to use the Service lawfully and in good faith, and only in the ordinary course of organizing educational or related services.
8.2. The Client is solely responsible for:
- the accuracy of descriptions, prices, schedules, service terms, teacher profiles, and other information;
- having rights to the brand, logos, images, texts, domains, and other Client Content;
- obtaining consents from Learners, parents, or legal representatives where required;
- its own agreements, offers, refund policies, personal data processing consents, and other documents for Learners;
- compliance with requirements concerning advertising, education, consumer protection, personal data, taxes, and payments;
- the actions of Client Users, teachers, employees, and other representatives.
8.3. The Client may not use the Service for unlawful services, fraud, circumvention of sanctions, money laundering, infringement of third-party rights, sending spam, collecting data without a legal basis, or posting malicious or unlawful content.
8.4. The Client must independently inform its Learners that contractual relations concerning educational services arise between the Client and the Learner, and not with the Operator.
9. Prohibited Conduct, Security, and Blocking of Access
9.1. The following is prohibited:
- attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, Accounts, APIs, databases, servers, logs, payment data, or infrastructure;
- conducting scanning, penetration testing, excessive loading, or circumvention of restrictions, rate limits, authorization, roles, Plan limits, or technical safeguards without the Operator’s written permission;
- using bots, scripts, parsers, automation, or bulk requests that impair the stability of the Service or infringe the rights of others;
- introducing viruses, malicious code, XSS, SQL injections, phishing materials, or other harmful elements;
- attempting to access the data of other clients or Learners;
- using the Service for attacks, social engineering, fraud, payment forgery, or manipulation of balances and invoices;
- engaging in any other conduct constituting hacking activity or abuse of the Service.
9.2. Blocking and restriction of access. If any of the following circumstances are suspected or identified, the Operator may, without prior notice, restrict, suspend, or block access by the Client, individual Client Users, Learners, devices, IP addresses, or domains, or block payment transactions or individual functions:
- hacking activity, attempted unauthorized access, DDoS attacks, or exploitation of vulnerabilities;
- use of the Service for unlawful activities, fraud, circumvention of sanctions, money laundering, or distribution of prohibited content;
- violation of these Terms, third-party rights, or applicable law;
- a mandatory request from a competent public authority, court, regulator, or other authorized body requiring blocking, restriction of access, removal of content, or provision of information;
- creation of a threat to the security, stability, reputation, or rights of the Operator, other clients, Learners, or third parties.
9.3. The Operator may retain technical logs and other data necessary to investigate incidents, protect the Service, comply with the law, and protect the rights of the Operator, Clients, and third parties.
9.4. The Operator makes blocking decisions at its sole discretion, taking into account the nature of the violation, the degree of risk, and legal requirements. The Operator is not required to restore access where blocking results from the requirements of public authorities or a material breach of the Terms.
9.5. The Client may contact the Operator for an explanation of a blocking action, provided the blocking is not related to a mandatory requirement of a public authority. The Operator will consider the request within a reasonable period but does not guarantee that access will be restored.
10. Client Content and User Materials
10.1. The Client retains its rights in Client Content. The Client grants the Operator a non-exclusive license to store, process, display, transmit, back up, and otherwise use Client Content to the extent necessary for the operation of the Service.
10.2. The Operator may remove or restrict the display of Client Content if it violates the law, third-party rights, these Terms, payment-system requirements, or hosting rules, or creates a risk to the Service.
10.3. The Client is responsible for ensuring that uploaded images, texts, links, descriptions, custom fields, and other materials do not infringe third-party rights and do not contain unlawful information. The Operator is not responsible for Client Content, including its accuracy, completeness, lawfulness, currency, or compliance with third-party rights.
11. Liability for Third-Party Content and Takedown Procedure
11.1. Disclaimer of liability for third-party actions. The Service may contain information posted by the Client, Learners, the Client’s teachers, Client Users, or other third parties (reviews, comments, descriptions, profiles, user content, etc.). The Operator does not create such content, does not verify its accuracy, lawfulness, or compliance with third-party rights, and is not responsible for third-party actions in publishing information that is inaccurate, defamatory, infringes third-party rights, or is otherwise unlawful.
11.2. The Operator is not required to continuously monitor all user content but may, at its sole discretion or in response to a substantiated report, remove or restrict access to any content that violates the law, third-party rights, or these Terms.
11.3. Reports of unlawful publication of information. If you believe that information published by third parties on Meetty resources (including Clients’ public pages) is unlawful (infringes copyright, is defamatory, contains personal data without a legal basis, contains prohibited content, etc.), you may submit a report to the Operator:
- Email: hello@meetty.me
11.4. To the extent possible, a report must contain:
- a description of the unlawful content and its location (URL, Client name, page description);
- the grounds on which the content is considered unlawful;
- the complainant’s contact details;
- confirmation that the report is made in good faith.
11.5. The Operator will review the report within a reasonable period and, where sufficient grounds exist, may remove or restrict access to the content, notify the Client, or refer the information to competent authorities. The Operator does not guarantee any review period and is not required to grant every request where it is unsubstantiated or unsupported.
11.6. The Client undertakes to respond promptly to Operator notices concerning unlawful content and to independently resolve third-party claims related to Client Content.
12. Personal Data and Privacy
12.1. Matters concerning the collection, storage, processing, protection, transfer, deletion, and other operations involving personal data are governed by separate Operator documents, including the privacy policy, personal data processing agreement, data storage and processing terms, and/or other applicable Operator documents.
12.2. The Operator implements organizational and technical measures to protect personal data obtained in the course of use of the Service, including data concerning the Client, Client Users, Learners, and other participants in the educational process, in accordance with separate Operator documents and applicable law.
12.3. The Operator undertakes to keep confidential and protect personal data processed within the Service and not disclose it to third parties, except as expressly provided by these Terms, separate Operator documents, separate agreements with the Client, or applicable law.
12.4. Depending on the specific scenario, the Operator may act as an independent personal data controller, a personal data processor acting on the Client’s instructions, or a person with an equivalent status under applicable law. The specific roles, purposes, data categories, retention periods, legal grounds for processing, rights of Data Subjects, and other processing terms are determined by separate Operator documents and/or a separate agreement with the Client.
12.5. The Client is responsible for the lawfulness of collecting and processing personal data concerning Learners, teachers, employees, and other persons whose data the Client enters into or receives through the Service. The Client must have the necessary consents, notices, policies, and other legal grounds, including grounds for processing minors’ data or the data of parents/legal representatives, where applicable.
12.6. The Service enables the Client to post and manage its own personal data processing agreements and terms for the provision of services to Learners. The availability of such technical functionality does not mean that the Operator has reviewed those documents or guarantees their legal sufficiency.
12.7. Disclosure of data to public authorities. The Operator may disclose personal data, financial information, and other information exclusively to competent public authorities, courts, regulators, payment systems, banks, or other authorized persons where strictly required by law, a mandatory request, a judicial act, a court decision, or payment-system rules, or where necessary to protect rights and security and prevent unlawful conduct.
12.8. The Client may not use the Service for the unlawful collection of personal data, covert surveillance, discrimination, infringement of minors’ rights, or processing of special categories of data without a proper legal basis.
13. Availability, Changes, and Support
13.1. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors, full compatibility, continuous availability of functions, any particular commercial result, growth in sales, Learner bookings, payment conversion, or conformity with the Client’s expectations.
13.2. The Operator may modify, update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue individual functions of the Service where necessary for product development, security, compliance with law, correction of errors, or optimization of the infrastructure or commercial model.
13.3. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, as well as failures of internet providers, hosting providers, payment systems, email services, messaging services, banks, domain registrars, and other third parties, may occur.
13.4. Support is provided through the Operator’s available communication channels. Response and resolution times are not guaranteed unless separately agreed in an individual agreement.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
14.1. The Operator makes no express or implied warranties, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, continuity, freedom from errors, security without exception, preservation of all data under all circumstances, or compatibility with any devices, browsers, payment methods, or Client requirements.
14.2. The Client uses the Service at its own risk. The Client independently assesses whether the Service is suitable for its educational, commercial, legal, tax, and operational model.
14.3. The Operator does not guarantee that the Client will achieve any financial, educational, marketing, or other results through use of the Service.
15. Limitation of Liability
15.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for:
- indirect losses, lost profits, loss of clients, or reputational damage;
- disrupted classes, scheduling errors, or failure to provide the Client’s services;
- disputes with Learners, teachers, employees, or other third parties;
- Client fines, tax consequences, or payment blocks;
- actions of banks or payment systems, or sanctions restrictions;
- failures, acts, or omissions of third parties;
- loss of data occurring beyond the Operator’s reasonable control;
- any potential losses that the Client might incur in connection with the use of or inability to use the Service.
15.2. If the Operator’s liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, the Operator’s aggregate liability to the Client is limited to the amount actually paid by the Client to the Operator for the Service for the one calendar month preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the amount of an individually agreed refund where the Operator has agreed to such refund in writing.
15.3. The Client’s sole remedy for a material failure of the Service caused by the Operator may be an individually agreed refund, partial refund, credit, extension of the paid period, or other reasonable form of compensation at the Operator’s discretion and having regard to the circumstances of the particular request.
15.4. The Client agrees that the limitations of liability set forth in this Section are a material term on which access to the Service is provided.
16. Refund Policy for the Client
16.1. Scope. This Section governs refunds of amounts actually paid by the Client to the Operator for Plans, subscriptions, and other paid functions of the Service. This Section does not govern refunds of payments by the Client’s counterparties for the Client’s services (see clause 16.15).
16.2. No automated refunds. Refunds are not provided automatically. The Service does not contain a form or other self-service function to initiate a refund, and the Operator does not operate an automated refund process. A refund may be granted only as a result of the Operator’s review of a request submitted in accordance with this Section, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
16.3. Discretionary review. Each refund request is considered individually and manually by the Operator. The Operator may grant a full refund, a partial refund, an account credit, or an extension of the paid period, may propose another form of compensation, or may decline the request in whole or in part. The Client has no automatic right to a refund, to any particular amount, or to any particular form of compensation. The final amount and form, if any, are determined by the Operator in light of the circumstances of the particular case and following negotiations with the Client (if such negotiations are appropriate).
16.4. How to request a refund. A refund request may be submitted only by email to hello@meetty.me (or to the Contact Email specified in the heading of these Terms). Requests submitted through other channels do not constitute a valid request under this Section unless the Operator expressly agrees to accept them.
The request must be submitted by the Client or a person authorized to act on the Client’s behalf and must include:
- the Account identifier (including the system name) and a contact email or other means of contact;
- the date, amount, and currency of the payment;
- the transaction, invoice, or payment identifier (if available);
- a description of the reason for the request and supporting materials.
The Operator may request additional information, documents, or confirmation of identity or authority. The review period in clause 16.6 begins upon receipt of a complete request.
16.5. Deadline to submit a request. The Client must send a complete refund request within 14 calendar days after the date of the relevant payment or after the date on which the Client reasonably became aware of the circumstance giving rise to the request, whichever is later. Requests submitted after that period may be declined.
16.6. Review period. The Operator will consider a complete refund request within 30 calendar days of receipt. That period may be exceeded where reasonably required by the circumstances of the particular case, including where:
- additional information from the Client is needed;
- the Payment Provider, bank, or other third party must complete its own checks, reversal, or payout procedures;
- the request involves suspected fraud, sanctions, chargeback, or abuse;
- the case is otherwise individual and requires extended review.
The Operator’s silence after 30 days does not constitute approval of the request and may not be construed as agreement with the Client’s request.
16.7. Payment Providers and timing of payout. Payments for Plans and paid functions are processed through third-party Payment Providers. If the Operator has confirmed a refund, the actual transfer of funds depends on the Payment Provider and may take additional time beyond the Operator’s decision. The Operator is not responsible for the Payment Provider’s processing times, holds, refusals, currency conversion, or payout rules. Where a refund is made, it is ordinarily returned by the original payment method and in the original currency in which the payment was made.
16.8. Existing Accounts only. A refund can be processed only while the Client’s Account exists. After deletion of the Client’s Account, the Operator has no technical ability to identify the payer, match the payment, or execute a refund through the Payment Provider. If the Account is deleted before a refund is completed, any pending request lapses, and the Operator is not required to process a refund. The Client must not delete the Account while a refund request is pending.
16.9. Permanently non-refundable amounts. Unless mandatory provisions of applicable law require otherwise, the following are not refundable:
- already-consumed subscription time and already-used paid functions of the Service;
- the unused remainder of a paid period, unless the Operator expressly agrees to a partial refund, credit, or other compensation;
- Payment Provider, bank, acquiring, currency-conversion (FX), tax, and other amounts that the Operator cannot recover from the relevant third party;
- amounts already subject to a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute with the Payment Provider;
- payments made in violation of these Terms, sanctions restrictions, Payment Provider rules, or in connection with fraud, abuse, or unauthorized use.
16.10. Cancellation and auto-renewal. The Client may cancel a subscription or auto-renewal in accordance with the available functions of the Service or by contacting the Operator. Cancellation stops future charges for subsequent periods but, by itself, does not create a right to a refund of amounts already paid for the current paid period. Access to paid functions continues until the end of the already-paid period unless the Operator agrees otherwise or restricts access under these Terms.
16.11. Chargebacks and payment disputes. If the Client initiates a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute with a Payment Provider in respect of a payment to the Operator, instead of or in addition to a refund request under this Section:
- the Operator may suspend or restrict the Client’s Account and paid functions without prior notice;
- a chargeback or dispute is treated as the Client’s exclusive remedy in respect of the disputed payment, and the Operator may decline a separate refund of the same amount;
- the Client remains responsible for Payment Provider fees, penalties, and losses arising from an unfounded chargeback, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Client agrees to contact the Operator under this Section before initiating a chargeback, except where applicable law or Payment Provider rules require otherwise.
16.12. Effect of a granted refund. If a refund, credit, or extension is granted, the Operator may restrict or terminate the corresponding paid functions for the refunded period, and the Client may not claim the same amount twice (including through a subsequent chargeback). Refunds are made without interest. Bank, Payment Provider, and FX costs that are not returned to the Operator may be deducted from the refunded amount.
16.13. Grounds the Operator may consider. Without creating an obligation to refund, the Operator may take into account, among other circumstances:
- a material unavailability or inoperability of the Service for a reason within the Operator’s control;
- a duplicate or clearly erroneous charge actually received by the Operator;
- a paid function that was not actually provided for a reason within the Operator’s control;
- other circumstances that the Operator, at its sole discretion, considers sufficient.
Repeated, unfounded, or abusive requests may be declined, and the Operator may restrict the Account under Section 9 or Section 17.
16.14. Limitation of liability. The availability of this individual refund procedure does not mean that the Operator is required to provide a refund in every case and does not expand the Operator’s liability beyond the limitations in Section 15, unless expressly required otherwise by applicable law. Nothing in this Section excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory provisions of applicable law, including where the Client is a consumer under such law.
16.15. Refunds to counterparties. Refunds to counterparties for the Client’s services are governed by the Client’s rules and the relationship between the Client and its counterparties. The Operator is not required to compensate for the cost of the Client’s services unless expressly agreed by the Operator.
17. Suspension and Termination of Access
17.1. The Operator may restrict, suspend, or terminate the Client’s access to the Service, in whole or in part, if the Client:
- violates these Terms or applicable law;
- fails to pay for a paid Plan or other amounts;
- creates a risk to the security, stability, reputation, or rights of the Operator, other clients, Learners, or third parties;
- uses the Service for prohibited conduct, fraud, hacking activity, circumvention of sanctions, or unlawful payments;
- provides inaccurate information or fails to respond to the Operator’s reasonable requests.
17.2. The Operator may notify the Client of a violation and allow time to remedy it if the nature of the violation permits remediation and does not create an urgent risk.
17.3. The Client may cease using the Service at any time. Cessation of use does not release the Client from obligations arising before the termination date (payment, liability for content, and third-party claims).
17.4. Following termination of access, the Client may lose access to its Account, functions, public pages, data, schedule, invoices, and materials unless otherwise provided by law or a separate agreement.
18. Data After Cessation of Use
18.1. The Operator may retain Client data for the period necessary to comply with the law, resolve disputes, maintain financial records, fulfill tax obligations, ensure security, create backups, and protect rights.
18.2. The Client must export necessary data in advance, where such functionality is available, or request an export from the Operator before access is terminated.
18.3. The Operator is not required to retain data indefinitely and may delete or anonymize data after the applicable retention periods expire.
19. Operator Intellectual Property
19.1. All rights in the Service, software code, design, interfaces, databases, trademarks, technologies, documentation, and other elements of Meetty belong to the Operator or its licensors.
19.2. The Client receives a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and the selected Plan.
19.3. The Client may not copy, modify, decompile, sell, lease, transfer, create derivative products from, or otherwise use the Service beyond the permitted scope.
19.4. The name “Meetty,” the logo, and other designations of the Operator may not be used by the Client without the Operator’s written consent, except as expressly permitted by the functionality of the Service.
20. Third Parties and Integrations
20.1. The Service may depend on third parties, including hosting providers, cloud providers, payment systems, banks, email providers, messaging services (Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.), domain registrars, notification services, and analytics services.
20.2. The Operator is not responsible for the acts, omissions, changes in terms, failures, blocks, restrictions, rates, fees, or decisions of third parties.
20.3. Use of functions related to third parties may require acceptance of their terms. The Client is responsible for reviewing such terms.
21. Force Majeure
21.1. The parties are released from liability for partial or complete failure to perform their obligations where such failure results from force majeure circumstances: natural disasters, war, sanctions, embargoes, decisions of public authorities, widespread communications failures, power outages, actions of third-party hackers (provided that the Operator has implemented reasonable safeguards), and other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the affected party.
21.2. The party affected by such circumstances must notify the other party within a reasonable period, where technically possible.
22. Amendments to the Terms
22.1. The Operator may amend these Terms. A new version may be published in the Service, sent by email, or provided by other reasonable means.
22.2. Material amendments to these Terms take effect no earlier than 14 calendar days after publication or notice to the Client, unless earlier effectiveness is required by law, Payment Provider requirements, security considerations, abuse prevention, or the mitigation of technical risks.
22.3. Continued use of the Service after amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the new version of the Terms, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
22.4. If the Client does not agree to the amendments, the Client must cease using the Service.
22.5. The current version of the Terms is available at meetty.me/terms/service-terms. The Client is advised to periodically check whether the documents are current.
23. Notices
23.1. The Operator may send notices through the Service interface, the Client’s email, technical messages, public pages, messaging services, or other contact details provided by the Client.
23.2. The Client must keep its contact details current. A message is deemed delivered if sent to the last known email address or displayed in the Service interface.
24. Dispute Resolution
24.1. The parties will seek to resolve disputes through negotiations and the exchange of written claims.
24.2. A claim must describe the circumstances, Account, dates, payments, and evidence. The period for considering a claim is 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
24.3. If a dispute is not resolved within that period, it will be submitted to a competent court of the Republic of Armenia, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of applicable law.
24.4. The Client agrees that claims related to payments, availability of functions, blocking, refunds, or data must be submitted before commencing court proceedings.
25. Miscellaneous

25.2. The Operator’s failure to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

The Operator may assign its rights and obligations in connection with a reorganization, sale of the business, transfer of the product, change in corporate structure, or engagement of an operating partner.
25.4. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Operator and the Client concerning use of the Service, unless the parties have entered into a separate written agreement that takes precedence.
